Yes you need an account to be able to sell and buy jobs on Galilea3. Please sign up as a new member and join Galilea3. It is free.
If you're already registered and completed your profile (including PayPal information), you are ready to create jobs.
(Before creating a job go to your profile settings and make sure you have checked a seller type of the account.)
Go to Seller > Create a new job. Follow the procedure by filling in details as required:
You need to choose a category in which your gig appears. There are two drop down for category. The first is more general, the second narrower and changes depending on which general category you choose.
If you're not sure which category to choose, or if you cannot find your desirable category on the list, contact out support team via the contact form or via mail to email@example.com.
Keep in mind that each offer is assigned to only one language. this means that if you want to post same job in a different language, you should create separate jobs for each language version.
Instructions are there to make sure your contractor knows how the procedure of buying from you looks like. See the following question to know what to write in Instructions.
Don't forget to select an image or video to make your job stand out.
When you finish filling all fields, click the Save button. Admin will activate your job within 12 hours.
How can I make my job more appealing to a buyer?
Instructions are there to help you precise how the process of buying from you looks like. Unless you put them in job description, please make sure instructions to your job include the following information:
what do you need from a buyer to start your work
how much time will the job take you
how many revisions do you foresee
how do you proceed when a buyer ask for changes in your product
You can change your password at any time. To do that go to your profile settings (the blue symbol below your profile picture) or simple follow the link.
While creating your job you can upload an image or a Youtube video using last two fields in the create a new job form.
We don't put any restriction on that. The way you respond to your contractor and the time it takes you to do that expresses the way you handle your professional responsibilities, generally answering within 12 hours from receiving a message makes a good first impression.
You can make unlimited sales everyday, there is no limit.
Changing username is not possible on Galilea3. If you want to create another account using the same account information contact our support team via a contact form on our website or via firstname.lastname@example.org
Administrator needs to activate your job, which usually takes no longer than 12 hours. After this time your job should appear on your seller dashboard and should be enlisted in the list of gigs in a category chosen by you. If this won't happen, please contact our support team via a contact form on our website or via email@example.com.
Yes you can change your PayPal account information at any time. To do that:
- go to your profile
- click EDIT button below your profile picture
- update your PayPal ID
Generally the more details in a gig, the bigger interest among the potential clients. Adding a photo to the job increases the probability that a potential buyer will click on your job offer. You can feature your job by purchasing featuring via PayPal. To do this:
- go to your profile
- click SET AS FEATURED next to the job you want to feature
At the moment we operate only in 7 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Arabic, Polish and only gigs and requests in those languages can be submitted. However, we are planning to spread our activities into more languages in the future. If you are interested in using the Galilea3 platform in another language, let us know via contact support form or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
To delete a job, firstly you need to make sure you don't have any active orders regarding to this job. Secondly, you need to set this job as inactive. To do this:
- go to seller dashboard
- click on 'inactive' next to the job which you want to make invisible for others
If you want to delete a job permanently:
- set this job as inactive
- find it on the list of inactive jobs
- click on DELETE next to this job
To edit your profile information:
- click on your username at the top right corner of the home page
- click on the blue symbol located below your profile picture
- fill in all the details as required
- Profile type
By choosing a profile type, you decide whether you want to sell or buy on Galilea3. You can choose both. Remember that if you choose only Seller type of account, you won't be able to submit requests. Only accounts set as buyer, or both, buyer and seller can post requests.
- PayPal ID
Please keep in mind that you won't be able to buy or sell on our platform without submitting your PayPal ID.
- Languages spoken
Choose all languages you are able to communicate in. Make sure you completed filling the fields About me and Skills in all of the languages you speak. Keep in mind, however, that you have only 255 characters in each language, so try to be concise.
Choose a photo which clearly represents you or your work, and does not violate our Terms & Conditions (link).
